Church Audio Video FAQ

Do you need full-time tech help?

We work with quite a few houses of worship and one of the most frequently asked questions that we hear from church leaders looking to purchase a state of the art audio/visual system is “do I need to hire a full-time expert sound person to run the system?”

It’s an understandable question.

Technology can be daunting if one is not accustomed to it. While churches are quickly accepting that audio and video really drives the message home and also brings in more visitors, they often only have volunteers to run the equipment.

That is why CEI Audio Video Solutions believes in simplicity.

Research has shown that only 7% of churches have a full-time audio/video system operator.  We pride ourselves in designing customized systems for churches that not only look and work wonderfully, but are so simple to use that a novice volunteer would be able to use it.  We think this is great because it opens up another area of interest for volunteers in the church.

What if it needs service after installation?

Service and maintenance after the sale is very important to us.  In fact, we believe it is a factor that differentiates CEI from other companies nation-wide.

Relationships with our customers are vital to us, and continuing to service and maintain your audio/visual system is a part of that. You can call on us at any time for a customized, easy-to-use system that will take your services to great places and reach more people:
