CEI worked with healthcare technology consulting firm Gene Burton & Associates on the design of the audio visual systems for the new Piedmont Hospital in Newnan, GA. and supplied and implemented the AV systems.
The cutting edge healthcare facility features nine conference rooms dispersed throughout the building that offer the capability to display digital and analog sources on either flush ceiling mounted motorized screens or large flat panels with supported audio in each room. To provide a user friendly interface with the system each room features a Crestron wall panel that delivers easy control of all A/V functionality.
For orientation and ongoing training of hospital staff CEI implemented AV in their Classroom that supports multiple analog and digital sources that are displayed on a large, ceiling flush mount motorized screen with supported audio and controlled by a Creston wall mounted touchscreen.
The Meeting Room provides the capability to display local analog and digital sources with supported audio as well as the capability to perform high definition video conferences.
In the Board Room CEI implemented a state of the art interactive system with two 60” interactive flat screen displays, two 50” flat screens, a flush ceiling mount motorized screen that drops in front of the two 60” displays when larger images are necessary, full high definition video and tele conferencing, low profile microphones built into the stone tabletop, an onboard rack mounted PC as well as wireless PC connection to the system, fully supported audio, and intuitive iPad control of the AV system.
